You can also submit an abstract for consideration of an oral presentation (20 minutes) or a short flash presentation (10 minutes).

There are discounted registration fees for PhD students and retired scientists.  Retired scientists will be able to register at the student rates.

Like anywhere, the weather in Liverpool in July is generally warm and sunny but like anywhere in the UK can also get rain.  Participants are advised to check the actual weather conditions on


Power supply is 230V AC, 50 Hz. It is recommended to have a suitable plug-in for British standard.


The Organising Committee does not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.

Conference Registration Policy

Contributions must be presented by one of the authors.  All contributors will be required to register and pay in full except for invited speakers.

A 10% handling fee will be charged for all cancellations and refunds.

No refunds will be considered after 10th June 2016.
